My goal is to grow and nurture a local community helping others reconnect with their bodies, improve mobility and feel good every day.

I have called Zurich home since 2010. After years of desk work and a few accidents, I experienced chronic pain that limited my daily life. Everything changed in 2021 when a dear friend introduced me to Essentrics. Experiencing its healing benefits firsthand and witnessing so many others struggle with back pain, shoulder tension, and stiffness motivated me to become an Essentrics® instructor in 2024.

Beyond my passion for movement, I am a wife and a proud stepmom to a teenager. I love cooking and exploring creative outlets that inspire a balanced,

healthy lifestyle.
