These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you purchase and participate in Essentrics online classes offered through this website. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

1. About This Website

This website is owned and operated by Essentrics with Darika ("I ",“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Purchases & Payments

Essentrics classes are paid directly through this Wix website.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
All prices are listed in Swiss francs and may change at any time.

3. Online Class Access

After purchase, you will receive access details by email or through your user account (if applicable).
You are responsible for entering a correct email address during checkout.
Online class links cannot be shared with other individuals.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because class spots are limited and delivered digitally:

No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable, including missed or unused classes.

Redeemable Credits (Instead of Refunds)

If you cannot attend a scheduled class, you may request a class credit to use for another future class.
Requests must be made 1 hour before the class start time.
Credits are not guaranteed after the class begins.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Health & Safety

By participating in Essentrics classes, you confirm that:

You are physically able to take part safely.
You will listen to your body and work within your limits.
You understand Essentrics involves physical movement and carries inherent risks.

We are not responsible for any injury, health issue, or damage that may occur during or after participation.

Always consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns.

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in online classes.
All classes and instructional content are used at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms removes liability where it is unlawful to do so.

7. Intellectual Property

All online class content, videos, text, and materials are owned by Essentrics with Darika.

You may not record, distribute, or share full class videos or significant portions of the workouts. However, you are welcome to share short snippets of your workout experience (e.g., a brief clip of you exercising), or talk about your class experience, such as how it made you feel or what you enjoyed on social media or with others.

Please avoid posting any content that reveals the full routine, full class, or any proprietary material without written permission.

8. Changes to Classes

We may modify or cancel classes due to technical issues, illness, or other emergencies.
If a class is cancelled by us, you will receive a credit toward a future class.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
