These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you book and attend classes through this website. By booking a class, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings

All bookings are made via SportsNow or Calendly through Stripe payment
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from SportsNow ,Calendly /Stripe.
Please double-check your email address when booking to ensure you receive class information.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to [24 hours] before class using your SportsNow account or Calendly.
Cancellations made after this timeframe will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

3. Payments

Payments (if applicable) are processed securely through SportsNow /Stripe.
No payment information is stored on this website.

4. Health & Safety

By participating in Essentrics classes, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and have no health conditions that would put you at risk.
Always listen to your body and work at your own pace.
Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program if you have medical concerns.
I am not responsible for injuries or health issues that may occur during or after the class.

5. Liability Waiver

By booking a class, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety. You release me from any claims for injury, damage, or loss that may result from participation in Essentrics classes.

6. Changes to Classes

I reserve the right to change or cancel classes (due to illness, emergencies, etc.). In such cases, you will be notified and given the option to reschedule or receive a credit/refund (if paid).

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
